Fire Alarm Testing

We hope that you are having a pleasant week! There a few very important items starting next week that we would like to make you aware of.

Fire Alarm Testing & Inspection 
On Monday, August 17th and Tuesday, August 18th, we will be conducting the annual alarm test and inspection of the lights and sprinklers inside of your condo and in the common areas. 

The testing will take place on Monday in the North Tower, starting with the penthouse level at 9am and working our way down as quickly as possible. 

On Tuesday, we will be testing and inspecting the South Tower, starting with the penthouse level at 9am and working our way down as quickly as possible. 

It is required by the State that we enter every condo to ensure that your devices are functioning as they are intended, for your safety and the safety of others. While we are on your floor, and until we can inspect all of the condos on your floor, you will hear the building alarms going off. 

Noise Notice
On Monday, a large patio on the 2nd floor of the South Tower will be removing tile. Residents in the South Tower may hear a lot of noise on Monday when the old tile is removed.
