Cooling Tower Maintenance

There are necessary repairs that need to be made to both of our cooling towers next week.

The cooling towers provide a supply of cold water to the HVAC in your condo to cool it down. Our goal has been to do this work before summer, when air conditioning is needed the most.

The times that you will not have cooling will be;

South Tower – Monday, March 29th and Tuesday, March 30th

North Tower – Wednesday, March 31st and Thursday, April 1st

The heating functions of your air conditioning system will still work as it normally does, however, please refrain from running the cooling function of your HVAC on the days listed above.
