Painting Update

 

We are making good progress on the painting project that has been underway and are nearly complete with all of the balconies.  Starting tomorrow, Friday, the painters will begin sanding and priming the rails on the second-floor pool deck.  The pool/spa will still be accessible but please use caution and watch for ‘Wet Paint’ signs.

In addition, the painters will begin painting the Sixth Ave stairwell that leads to the pool deck next week.  We will need to close the stairwell for 3 days while this painting takes place.  A notice will be sent tomorrow to inform you of the specific days that this closure will occur.
