Building Engineer
Dear Resident,
After serving the Park Laurel community for the past three years, our Building Engineer, Fabio Sandino, has decided to move on to a new work adventure. Fabio’s last day will be this Thursday, November 30th.
We have been interviewing for a new engineer over the past month. Thankfully, Fabio gave us ample notice. After many interviews, we have selected a candidate that will fit in wonderfully. He will start on Tuesday, January 2nd.
We are all very sad to see Fabio go, but wish him all the best in his new adventure. When I began at Park Laurel a few years ago, my first task was to find a building engineer for the community. Much of our success has been attributed to Fabio and his strong work ethic. He worked very hard for all of us and for that we are incredibly THANKFUL.
