Window Washing Schedule

We are glad to notify you that the semiannual window washing project performed by Sky High Window Cleaning is scheduled to begin Monday, July 17th through Friday, August 11th between the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.

Please keep in mind depending on weather conditions the crew may advance or face delays, and the schedule may be subject to change as a result.

The window washing schedule is currently as follows:

North Tower

  • Raise davits (audible roof noise is expected) 07/14
  • ’02 Stack (east facing Sixth Ave.) 07/17 – 07/19
  • ’02 Stack (south facing pool deck) 07/18 – 07/20
  • ’03 stack (south facing pool deck) 07/19 – 07/21
  • ’03 Stack (stack south-west facing 5th Ave. 07/20 – 07/24
  • ’04 Stack (facing 5th Ave.) 07/21 – 07/25
  • ’04 Stack (north facing Maple St.) 07/24 – 07/26
  • ’01 Stack (north facing Maple St.) 07/25 – 07/28
  • Townhomes & extended balcony units 08/11
  • Commercial units 08/11

South Tower

  • Raise davits (audible roof noise is expected) 07/14
  • ’06 Stack (east facing Sixth Ave.) 07/31 – 08/02
  • ’06 Stack (south facing Laurel St.) 08/01 – 08/03
  • ’07 Stack (south facing Laurel St.) 08/02 – 08/04
  • ’07 Stack (southwest facing 5th Ave.) 08/03 – 08/07
  • ’08 Stack (facing 5th Ave.) 08/04 – 08/08
  • ’08 Stack (northwest facing pool deck) 08/07 – 08/09
  • ’05 Stack (north facing pool deck) 08/08 – 08/10

Please remember to close your windows when the window washers are on your portion of the building.  It is also recommended to keep your curtains and/or blinds closed for privacy should you be concerned. Lastly, please be sure to remove or cover all items on your balconies you may not want to get wet.
