Motor Court Paver Reseal Project

We would like to inform you of the upcoming repairs that are scheduled to be conducted on the pavers located in the front of the building. This work is essential for maintaining the safety and aesthetic appeal of our community. We anticipate the project to last approximately one (1) week, depending on weather conditions, and is set to begin Monday, April 8th throughout Friday, April 12th. Please review the work scope and details below:

Thecrew will be on site to repair, reseal, and power wash the pavers in the motor court. The sealer that will be utilized takes approximately 48 hours to dry and will require the project to be conducted in two phases.

As a result of this work, the entry and exit gate ramps will be impacted until the project’s completion. The front entrance adjacent to the lobby will also be portioned off and half will be closed. However, we will be taking measures to minimize inconvenience as much as possible. Proper signs and cones will be prominently displayed to guide traffic flow and ensure the safety of residents, visitors, and workers. Please review the work schedule and details below:

On Monday, April 8th, the work will begin on the entry ramp and is expected to take about three (3) for the labor and dry time. The entry gate will be closed between 8:00am to 4:30pm from Monday to Wednesday. During this period, the exit gate will be utilized for two-way traffic.

On Thursday, April 11th, the crew will begin to work on the exit ramp. The exit ramp will be closed between 8:00am-4:30pm from Thursday to Friday. During this period, the entry gate will be utilized for two-way traffic.  

To facilitate the ongoing work efficiently and safely, two-way traffic will be enforced. Please proceed with caution when entering and exiting the garage. We ask that you adhere to the designated traffic flow indicated by the signage and cones. Vehicles that are entering will have the right of way into the garage, as it is unsafe to reverse towards the street. Proper signs will be up to help guide you.

We understand that construction work can cause disruptions, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time. By following the designated traffic routes and exercising caution in the vicinity of the construction area, we can ensure a smooth and safe process for all. We will strive to minimize inconveniences as much as possible and will keep you updated on any significant developments or changes to the schedule.
