Window Repairs and Washing

 

Earlier this year, 22 windows around the community showed signs that they had an issue with the outside seal. All of those windows are being repaired between next Monday, October 16th and Friday, October 27th. The North Tower seals will be addressed first, and then we will move our way over to the South Tower.

The third and final window washing of 2017 will begin on Monday, October 30th. The windows in the South Tower will be cleaned first, and the windows in the North Tower will be washed the week of November 6th.

2017 was the first year that we were able to wash windows three times. In years’ past, windows were cleaned twice per year. The increase is possible as the Association sent window washing out to bid earlier this year, and we were able to find several companies that had lower prices with glowing recommendations from other five-star high rises in Downtown.
