Balcony Painting Update

 

The balcony painting project will continue next week with the 05 and 06 stacks.

The interior portion of the 05 stack units is complete but there will be a painter in the window washing basket on Monday, June 25th, to apply the final coat of paint to the exterior side of the balcony railings.  You may wish to keep your shades drawn closed for privacy during this time.

The painting of the 06 stack will also begin on Monday, June 25th.  We will begin at the penthouse level and work our way down the tower.  We are notifying each resident in the 06 stack individually with specific dates and times.
