The Association has scheduled power washing of the parking garages on the following dates:

Wednesday, August 27^th – 8:00am to 4:00pm
North Tower P1 & P2, Ramps, and North Tower Townhomes (optional) 8:00am – 4:00pm

Thursday, August 28^th – 8:00am to 4:00pm
South Tower P1 & P2 and South Tower Townhomes (optional)

Friday, August 29^th – 7:00am to 8:00am
Garage Ramps & Chase Bank Garage (Fifth Ave.)

Resident Reminders:

• While not mandatory, we highly encourage moving your vehicle to allow a thorough cleaning of all spaces.
• For townhomes, if you’d like to participate, please leave your garage door open and make sure the floor is clear to avoid any potential damage to your personal items. If items are left out and could be potentially damaged, the crew will NOT be able to clean your garage.
• Free parking is available throughout Balboa Park. You may stop by the Front Desk for a map of highlighted streets.
• You may also coordinate with neighbors in the opposite tower for available spaces.

Important Note:
Parking is prohibited in the Chase Bank Garage between 8:00am-5:00pm on weekdays, as it is reserved for Chase customers only.

This weekend is the America’s Finest City Half Marathon & 5K on Sunday, August 17th. San Diego’s most scenic half marathon – run from the Cabrillo National Monument atop the tip of Point Loma, along San Diego Bay, Harbor Island, Embarcadero, past the Star of India, through downtown San Diego to a rousing finish in historic Balboa Park. 

With this event come road closures and no parking zones. In the attached file, you can view a list of the affected areas.

While numerous streets will be impacted by closures throughout the city, the following listed below are those that will affect the building directly:

• Left on Sixth Avenue to Laurel/Prado – 7:14am to 9:20am
• Right on Laurel/El Prado to Pan American Plaza Road – 6:00am to 10:00am

As we transition into the spring season, it’s an ideal time to refresh our living spaces — starting with the responsible disposal of outdated electronics. We are pleased to announce that the Association will be hosting a Spring E-Waste Recycling Event beginning today, April 23rd through Friday, May 2nd.

Event Details:
• Drop-Off Location: Please drop off your electronic items at the Front Desk
• Recycling Partner: All collected items will be safely and responsibly recycled by the Urban Corps of San Diego

Accepted Items Include:
• Desktop computers, laptops, and monitors
• Televisions, printers, and scanners
• Cell phones, tablets, and chargers
• Keyboards, mice, and other small electronic devices
• Additional approved electronic items

Please note that hazardous materials and non-electronic waste will not be accepted.
