Fire Inspection Update
Dear Resident,
We want to thank you again for your patience while we completed the in-unit portion of the fire alarm testing and sprinkler inspections.
The testing of the common areas will continue tomorrow, Thursday, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. During this time, we will attempt to silence all of the audio and visual alarms for the building so that we do not have to hear the alarm as they test each device. However, there may be instances where the alarm sounds or the strobe lights flash. If this does occur, please ignore the alarms as they will be part of the common area testing. In the event of a real emergency, an announcement will be made to indicate there is a true emergency and that residents should evacuate.
Again, we appreciate your cooperation and understanding of this state mandated testing. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Annual Fire Inspection
Dear Resident,
Tomorrow begins our annual fire inspection which includes the fire sprinklers and audible alarms throughout the entire Community, including those in your unit.
This year’s inspection schedule is as follows:
-North Tower – Tuesday, April 10th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
-South Tower – Wednesday, April 11th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Please note that the units on the ground floor and second floor, as well as P1 and P2, will hear the alarms on both days due to the connected common area of both towers. We will attempt to play music over the speakers instead of sounding the actual fire alarm.
The inspection will begin at the Penthouse level of each building at 9:00 am and, moving quickly from unit to unit, work its way down. The alarms go off on three (3) floors at a time, so it is imperative that we move quickly from unit to unit. We will have the Concierge call before coming up but please understand that this is a State mandated inspection and we have to get into each unit in order to receive our certificate.
We do not have exact times that we will be in each unit, however, we should be mid-building between 11:00 and 12:00 pm. The inspectors from the fire alarm company will be escorted by Jeremy, Pedro, or Ryan.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of this required inspection. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
