Dear Park Laurel Residents, 

We are pleased to announce the window washing project performed by Sky High Window Cleaning is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, September 3rd! The project will occur between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm and is expected to be completed by Wednesday, September 25th. 

The tentative window washing schedule has been included in the file attached. This schedule will be posted on the bulletin boards throughout the building, and paper copies will also be available per request at the Front Desk. 

Please keep in mind depending on weather conditions, the crew may advance or face delays, and the schedule may be subject to change as a result. 

In preparation for this project, the crew from Sky High Window will be on site on Friday, August 30th from 8am to 4pm, to erect the davits located on the roof. If your unit is located on the Penthouse or 12th floor, please be aware you may experience moderate noise levels as a result.

Dear Park Laurel Residents, 

We are excited to inform you of an upcoming Electronic Waste Recycling event taking place in our community on Saturday, August 31st from 10:00am to 11:00am. This event is being hosted at 666 Upas St., right in front of the Del Prado, providing a convenient opportunity to dispose of your old or unwanted electronic devices in an environmentally responsible manner

In the file attached, you may view the flyer which contains a list of accepted items. You may also pick up a hard copy at Front Desk. 

We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to clear out old electronics and help keep our community clean and green!

The Social Committee invites you to join your neighbors for a Taco Fiesta on Thursday, July 11th at 6:00pm on the 2nd Floor Patio Deck.  We are pleased to have Casa De Mexico for the 2nd year in a row serving their famous tacos, quesadillas, rice, beans, chips and salsa!
